If granted a credit account I / we agree to settle all invoices by the end of the following month. For example all invoices of whatever date in June would be settled no later than 31st July. I / we agree that D.J. Kilpatrick & Co Ltd may close my / our credit accounts if a cheque is returned because of lack of funds or payments are consistently late. I / we agree to pay interest at 4% above the bank rate on any amount(s) not settled within the agreed settlement terms. I / we agree that the only discount permissible are those agreed in writing prior to invoicing.
